Will this cost me anything out of pocket?

Will my insurance rates go up?

What if I haven't filed a claim yet?
No problem — we'll guide you through filing the claim with your insurance during your free inspection. We do this every day. Most carriers can have your claim opened within an hour.
What if my insurance company already paid me?
Bring the check to your inspection — we accept it as payment. If the payout came in low (most do), we'll file a supplement on your behalf to recover what's actually needed for a complete factory-quality repair. Almost every supplement we file gets approved.
Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes — every major carrier including State Farm, GEICO, Allstate, Progressive, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Farmers, Nationwide, Travelers, American Family, The Hartford, AAA, and most regional insurers. Direct billing where allowed.
What if my deductible is high?
We can often get your deductible waived through the supplement process — meaning $0 truly out of pocket. If the deductible can't be waived, we'll be upfront with you on day one before any work begins.
How do I know my repair is covered?
Comprehensive coverage covers hail. If you have comprehensive on your policy (most loan and lease vehicles do), you're covered. We'll verify your coverage during your free inspection — no surprises.
What if you find more damage than expected during repair?
We file a supplement with your insurance for the additional damage — at no extra cost to you. Insurance pays the difference. You never get a surprise bill from us.
What's the difference between PDR and a body shop?
A body shop sands, fills, primes, and repaints — destroying your factory finish, showing on Carfax, and dropping resale value. PDR (paintless dent repair) gently massages the metal back to factory shape from behind the panel — no paint, no filler, no Carfax event, no resale loss. Plus it's faster and the warranty is lifetime.
Do you offer a warranty?
Lifetime warranty in writing on every PDR repair we do. If a repaired dent ever shows a defect from our workmanship, we fix it free for as long as you own the vehicle.
