How long does hail damage repair take?
Insurance approval is usually 3–8 days. After that, light hail is 1–2 business days and a full vehicle is 3–7. Door dings without a claim are often same day.
Can all hail damage be fixed with paintless dent repair?
Most of it, when the paint held. Round dents come out from behind the panel. A crease that already split the clearcoat is conventional body, and we say so before we start.
Will a hail claim raise my insurance rates?
Hail is comprehensive, not collision. In Texas a comprehensive claim is not supposed to be rated like an at-fault wreck. Your carrier decides the policy. A new storm is a new claim.
